1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kanvara regarding your use of our website and financial education services. By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

You must be at least eighteen years of age to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least eighteen years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "Services" refers to all educational programs, courses, memberships, and materials provided by Kanvara
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Kanvara
• "You," "User," "Participant" refers to the individual accessing our services
• "Content" refers to all educational materials, worksheets, guides, and other materials provided through our services
• "Website" refers to the Kanvara website accessible at kanvarvsa.live

3. Services Description

Kanvara provides financial education services for adults, including:

• Financial Jargon Decoded: A three-session program focused on understanding financial terminology
• Practical Tax Planning Workshop: A four-session program covering Thai personal income tax
• Lifelong Financial Wellness Membership: An ongoing program with monthly seminars and quarterly check-ins

All services are educational in nature. We do not provide individual financial advice, tax filing services, or investment recommendations. Our programs are designed to enhance financial literacy and should not be considered a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

4. Enrollment and Payment

Program enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Pricing is as follows:

• Financial Jargon Decoded: ฿8,000 per person
• Practical Tax Planning Workshop: ฿24,000 per person
• Lifelong Financial Wellness Membership: ฿52,000 per year

Payment is required in Thai Baht. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified during enrollment. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in Section 5 below.

We reserve the right to modify pricing for future program sessions. Enrolled participants will not be subject to price changes for sessions already paid for.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participant:

• Cancellations made more than fourteen days before the first session: Full refund minus a ฿1,000 administrative fee
• Cancellations made seven to fourteen days before the first session: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than seven days before the first session: No refund
• Membership cancellations: Annual memberships may be cancelled within thirty days of purchase for a prorated refund minus ฿5,000 administrative fee

Cancellation by Kanvara:

If we cancel a program session due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons beyond participant control, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session at no additional cost.

Refunds will be processed within thirty days of approved cancellation requests.

6. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Attend sessions punctually and participate respectfully
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' shared information
• Use program materials for personal educational purposes only
• Refrain from recording sessions without written permission
• Provide accurate information during enrollment
• Notify us promptly of any scheduling conflicts or concerns

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through our services, including but not limited to educational materials, worksheets, guides, presentations, and website content, is the intellectual property of Kanvara and is protected by Thai and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for your personal educational purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display program materials
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Share materials with individuals who have not enrolled in our programs

8. Educational Nature Disclaimer

Our services are educational in nature and designed to enhance financial literacy. We do not provide:

• Individual financial planning or investment advice
• Tax preparation or filing services
• Legal advice or services
• Guarantees of specific financial outcomes

Information provided in our programs is general in nature. Participants should consult with qualified professionals for advice specific to their individual circumstances before making financial, tax, or legal decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Kanvara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any financial decisions made based on information learned in our programs
• Errors or omissions in program content
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kanvara, its instructors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of our services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any rights of another party; or any financial decisions you make based on information learned in our programs.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants via email.

Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within thirty days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of Thailand.

The courts of Bangkok, Thailand, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under Thai law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kanvara regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
